How adobe could've fixed it: all video apps are purple but different shades and hues, so it's all mostly purple but still identifiable by color. Also: all of the design apps are multiple colors, so no color consistent design there. illustrator = vector, premiere = video, animate = vector video) and that Dreamweaver is pink. I get the whole "all photo apps are blue, all video apps are purple" thing, but: that doesn't change the fact that while Audition is for audio, it's purple now (i know it ties into premiere but a lot of people use it for radio and podcasting) That Animate is for animation (what's between orange and purple? red.
